When we bought our PC we took out the technical support that came with it. Once we met Kamazoy, we switched to their support and lessons package and can do so much more with it. My wife and I have never looked back.
— Don, Retired musician, Sheldon
Retired musician Don enjoys his PC as a hobby, using it with keyboards, guitars and other instruments to make music, downloading free tracks to which he then plays and learns from.
Wanting to mix, record, sequence and sample music for himself, a casual discussion led him to make contact with Daniel at Kamazoy.
Over the subsequent two years since that introduction, Don has met weekly with Daniel from Kamazoy, who initially had to correct previous errors made by a well-known high street retailer’s technical team, to get Don’s PC working and got him online.
Through his skills in sound and music mixing, Daniel has since connected Don’s keyboards and guitars to his PC and mixer, and provided hardware and software support to help melt them all into one single, simplified system, ready for Don’s music.
Daniel and Kamazoy provided a friendly face and helpful solutions so that Don could get the best out of his musical instrumentation investment, whilst helping him purchase new hardware and online music. Today Don continues to enjoy his computer, his instruments and his iPod, making more music than he ever did before.
Don’s complex, specialised music hardware needs, linked with his traditional technical support needs required Kamazoy to provide a musical solution that would add value.
Weekly meetings to enable Don to pose questions and implement music hardware change, whilst providing traditional technical support, and offering the odd sound-mixing hand when Don wants to record or sequence tracks.
Today, Don is in his own personal music heaven recording compositions on his PC, for sharing with friends and family. He has attained great value from his musical investments and is enjoying his retirement and rediscovering music, downloading new tracks to his iPod.
